This beautiful piece, features a stunning architectural design on the base with geometric patterns, pine cones, and other gilted decorative forms of the epoch, (see photos.) The neck has a slightly faded, golden/copper colored, 8 point, star shape at its base, with both herringbone/feathered, and pine cone decor at its center, and 3, heart-shaped screws at the top, in which to hold a small tree firmly in place (see photos.). Under the base, the piece has 2 identifying marks, "GERMANY" , one of which is more prominent (see photos.)

Piece is in overall good, original and vintage condition, with some marks, signs of age, areas of faded color, and previous use commensurate with time, as well as a patina of time, on the overall structure, edges, decor, base, neck, and interior space, which is to be expected for its age (see photos and video.) Some light marks, signs of age, areas of missing or faded color and previous use, on some of the gilted decor, so some are more silver-colored, while others, have maintained some of the original, gold-colored patina, which only adds to its charm (see photos) Under the base, the piece has maintained some of what looks to have once been its original, green color (see photos.) The screws have some rust, but function perfectly as designed. Piece has only been gently cleaned, with respect to its original patina of time.

A truly lovely piece of history for collectors of vintage decor such as this, that remains an eye-catching piece of design from the epoch, that would also be a perfect gift for the holidays.
