We are selling this gorgeous Chinese watercolor painting. We believe this panel was originally intended for use as wallpaper. The painting features a garden scene with flowers and a potted Buddha hand citron on a wood stand with a bird of paradise in the foreground. The scene also includes a stylish rock and several varieties of flower. The wallpaper is probably late 18th or early 19th century.
Condition: Heavy wear damages and tears. Has been cut down and also laid down on wood.
