The set is believed to be one of approximately five made as part of a small experimental series.



The table and stools feature hand-tooled vegetable-tanned leather with mythic and Mesoamerican-inspired iconography, including a central Atlas figure, geometric borders, and a hand-tooled world map motif. Each stool top is uniquely tooled, making every seat distinct while remaining visually cohesive as a set.



All structural components beneath the leather surfaces are individually numbered, including table supports and stool legs, indicating precise hand fitting and assembly. This numbering system confirms artisan construction rather than studio or production work.



The piece functions as low, sushi-height seating, making it ideal as a statement dining table, conversation table, or sculptural focal point in a design-forward interior.
