Original pastel artwork titled “Desnudo Femenino” by Filipino artist Cesar Amorsolo (1903–1998).
The composition depicts a seated female nude rendered in warm, expressive tones, characteristic of Amorsolo’s figurative work. The piece is hand-signed by the artist and dates to approximately the 1970s.
Amorsolo was a well-known Filipino artist and the nephew of Fernando Amorsolo, widely considered one of the most important figures in Philippine art. Cesar Amorsolo studied at the University of the Philippines School of Fine Arts and exhibited internationally, including in Manila, Hong Kong, and Los Angeles.
This work is presented in a simple contemporary frame for display purposes. Artwork may be shipped framed or unframed at the buyer’s preference.
