This original mediterranean coastal watercolor on paper is newly framed floated on a double matte and framed in a gilt wood with black trim on the sides. Anti-UV acrylic protects the original 100 + year artwork. From the artist's family collection. Unsigned.
Louis Jullien Rousset was a French artist born in 1859. He studied at the Marseille School of Fine Arts and exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français. His works, including "Door in Marrakech," have been sold at auction.. Rousset's art is displayed in various museums, including the Marseille Art Museum and the Ziem Museum.
