A black, white, and grey oil painting by American artist Anthony Louis Popcheff (1954-2000). This work in grayscale depicts a sky full of grey and black storm clouds. This piece is displayed in a black frame and in a cream mat.
Anthony "Tony" Louis Popcheff was born in Colorado and was a self-employed artist. He graduated from the John Herron School of Art in 1985 and had a thirty-year affiliation with Editions Limited and Alliance Gallery Indianapolis Museum of Art.
