The piece is titled Sturm by designer and … Read more This art nouveau style night lamp comes from Germany sometime between 1900-1910. The piece is titled Sturm by designer and creator Joseph Beck. Both "Sturm" and "Beck" can be seen etched into the casting at the base of the statues feet. The figure is set on a marble base. The lamp came to us with the glass shade that is included with this lamp, however we are unsure if this is the original glass shade or if it was replaced later on. The lamp has been fully rewired by us with a brand new socket, cord and plug. The marble base is 4 1/4 inches wide and deep, and the entire fixture is 16 inches tall from the base to the top of the shade. It weighs 4 pounds 5 ounces. See less
