This is a lovely vintage jewellery box that is Lacquered wood with a brass latch and hinges. The top has iridescent inlaid mother of pearl shell floral detail. The brass has some lovely patina. Inside is lined in red satin. This would make a beautiful gift, would look great on your dresser, bedside table, or as part of your bookshelf styling. There is some light wear, scratches and some small chips on the edges from age and use, adding to the character of this lovely piece.
