A good mid century Orientalist American painting. The work is by Doris Barsky Kreindler (NY/MA 1901-1974). The painting is a signed and dated- see photos-dating appears to be 1933. The work is well executed and has a mild American Impressionist feel. It is oil/canvas and is housed in a contemporary French Louis influenced gold tone frame. It is in overall excellent condition.
