Mid-century wall lamp with a cantilevered swivel arm and rattan shade.
The otherwise minimalist design of this wall lamp is broken up by the striking shade. The rattan shade hangs from a simple, wide-cantilevered arm. The arm is angled at the rear and swivels in an unobtrusive wall mounting plate. The unique feature is the extension mechanism, which allows the arm to be extended continuously. The extended section is finished in chrome against the black. The rattan shade is open at the bottom, allowing light to shine downwards. Depending on the type of bulb, the lamp casts either a striking pattern or diffused light into the room.
The lamp is in very good condition with signs of use and patina.
