Original String shelving unit designed in 1949 by Nils Strinning in ash veneer. The system consists of two white metal ladders with two shelves.
This original String shelving unit is significantly better made and of higher quality than many wall shelves that came onto the market in the 1950s and 60s.
Quality features:
High-quality veneer
2 cm thick shelves made of particleboard to prevent sagging
Sturdy brackets on the shelves to compensate for minor unevenness
Sturdy ladders
