The cabinet is constructed in solid mahogany, featuring a cylindrical form with a single curved door opening to reveal internal shelving.

The piece is topped with its original white marble top, which shows a visible hairline crack and a small chip to the edge. The marble remains stable and intact, and these imperfections are consistent with age and use, adding to the authenticity and character of the piece.

Inside, the cabinet offers two fixed shelves, including an original marble shelf, making it suitable for bedside storage or use as an accent cabinet in a living or hallway setting. The original brass lock escutcheon is present, and the cabinet stands on its original turned base.
