Educational diorama produced in the 1930s as part of the Kentucky Works Progress Administration (WPA) Museum Project. Created at the Louisville Library, this shadow-box model was one of a series designed to teach American history in county public schools. The scene depicts two monks working in a print shop, producing pages of a book. An attached tag reads, “Printing the Book which Named America.”
