A magnificent potiche vase in the style of an albarello or apothecary jar, made of majolica-glazed ceramic. Cylindrical with a bronze lid and knob, it was designed to hold spices or fine herbs. Entirely hand-crafted on a lathe, it was created in the early 20th century by the renowned ceramist Ugo Zaccagnini. The vase dates back to 1930, and has a good patina, particularly visible under the base.
