Departing from the traditional pursuit of flawless gold leaf application, this work intentionally embraces natural textures such as subtle wrinkles and organic irregularities. The result is a refined yet free-spirited composition that evokes the quiet beauty found in nature while maintaining a strong, modern presence.

Produced by skilled artisans in Ishikawa, Japan, using techniques officially recognized as a Traditional Craft of Japan since 1977, each panel is meticulously handcrafted on a wooden base using genuine gold leaf (Hon-kin). Because every piece is made by hand, variations in color, patina, and surface expression naturally occur, making each panel truly one of a kind.

Designed to be displayed flush against the wall, the panel integrates seamlessly into interior spaces. Over time, the gold leaf will gently evolve in tone, allowing the artwork to mature uniquely with its environment.
