Dixie Furniture Co, based in North Carolina, began in 1901 was sold in 1987. The company was known for its quality mid-century bedrooms and dinette sets. This bow front chest of five drawers with its carved, corner details is a beautiful example of the company’s craftsmanship. In very good, solid and sturdy condition. Some visible markings and blemishes commensurate with age and use. Two drawer pulls were replaced. Overall a very nice piece, great for a guest room and extra storage.
