A rare Art Deco–inspired Sarsaparilla banker’s lamp featuring a sculptural Brass-tone jet-plane base and classic adjustable arm. This striking piece blends aviation nostalgia with mid-century executive style. The solid cast-metal base is shaped like a streamlined 1940s-era jet, finished in a warm bronze tone that highlights its aerodynamic contours. Rising from the fuselage is a brass adjustable arm—21 ½ inches long—that angles up to support a traditional banker’s-style shade finished in deep brown enamel.
The lamp retains its original hardware, socket, and pivot mechanism, showing light, expected age while remaining fully functional. A perfect statement piece for an office, library, or collection of aviation memorabilia—equal parts industrial, Deco, and whimsical design.
The lamp stands up to 24 inches tall at its highest adjustment. The jet-plane base measures 9 ½ inches wide by 10 inches long, giving the piece a bold, sculptural presence.
