Vintage hand-signed limited-edition equestrian print titled The Seven Hunters, dated 1977. Jonathan Hallgrey’s composition, originally rendered in pastels, depicts a stylized fox hunt scene with seven mounted riders and hounds, rendered in warm ochre and amber tones with elongated figures and a modern aesthetic.
The print is signed in pencil by the artist beneath the image and also bears the artist’s printed signature within the artwork, as is typical of limited-edition prints from this period. Professionally matted and presented in it’s original classic gilt frame which complements the traditional sporting subject matter.
