Beautiful and delicate is this hand-painted cream-colored flower garden porcelain coffee/tea pot or pitcher with soft green trim. It was painted and signed in 1973 by Eve, who happens to be my client's talented grandmother. It is marked Eve near the bottom of the handle, and I have several other pieces in the shop done by her. This is definitely a beautiful one-of-a-kind piece, so perfect to use through the summer for lemonade, iced tea, juices of all kinds and anything else that's your "cup of tea". This summer garden floral piece has little flowers of all kinds climbing up and around all sides with a green handle, top and bottom border, spout and all around. It measures 10.0 inches tall x 8.0 inches wide x 4.0 inches in diameter on the top and is in very good vintage condition with a bit of normal wear from age and use, no cracks, chips or crazing.
This piece was probably imported from France as a blank and hand painted, which was done quite a bit back then and even earlier.
