The scene is rich in color, detail, and layered symbolism — from cherry blossoms to court figures in elaborate robes.

The interior is decorated with classic goldfish and pine branch motifs, often associated with abundance and harmony in Chinese decorative arts. The rim features a repeating lotus and chrysanthemum band, accented with raised enamels and delicate gilt highlights.

On the underside, a red seal mark (worn but visible) is impressed into the base — consistent with mid-20th century export porcelain from Jingdezhen, dating the piece approximately to the 1950s–1960s. Has two drilled holes and a crack. Price reflects damage damages. Still a sturdy well-made pot with lots of life left in it. See less
