This is a vintage cast-stone garden basket / fruit urn, modeled as a densely piled arrangement of fruit and flowers nestled in a woven basket on a raised classical pedestal. Wonderful piece for your garden, conservatory or use indoors.
The greenish surface you see is not paint - it's natural lichen and moss patina that has developed over decades outdoors.
