**Attribution reasoning – German School:**

The work shows several characteristic features of mid-to-late 19th century German still-life and animal painting, particularly from the Munich and Düsseldorf circles:

- Very typical heavy impasto technique with strong, visible brushwork
- Rather dark, earthy overall tonality with selective strong local colours
- Combination of realistic animal depiction with decorative floral arrangement
- Unusual and slightly naive composition (live turkey in intimate still-life format with flowers)
