"Full Moon at Takanawa" by the renowned Japanese ukiyo-e artist Utagawa Hiroshige, 1797-1858, from the series Famous Places in the Eastern Capital (Toto meisho), originally published between 1828 and 1834. This is a mid 20th century with publisher mark along right side. The scene depicts a flock of geese descending over a tranquil bay under a large full moon
Excellent condition. Lightly attached with acid tape to matte at upper rim of white, not image.
