French midcentury (circa 1970) set of six dining chairs using cantilevered seats on chrome frames, in the manner of designers … Read more French midcentury (circa 1970) set of six dining chairs using cantilevered seats on chrome frames, in the manner of designers Willy Rizzo and Giovanni Offredi. The original upholstery is a chocolate brown suede material, now very worn but remains intact, forming a molded bucket of continuous seat and seat back. Bauhaus-style chrome frames are minimal in profile, wrapping around the back and sides of the comfortable seats to be open and inviting for all styles of entertaining.
