This collection of four, patinated tiles from the 18th century has been more recently assembled into a panel set in a wooden frame to appreciate the charm of their handpainted design (hence the subtle variation between them) incorporating stylized floral and twisting motifs rendered in aqueous blue glazes on white-slip clay.
