Mogensen's design is timeless and always with people in focus. He became a very influential designer early on and an important representative of what came to be called "Danish Modern".

The bookcase has four shelves, all of which are movable and removable. There are lots of positions to place the shelves on so it is easy to move around the bookcase, depending on taste and needs.

The legs are placed at the far corners and have the slanted "braces" from the edge down to the legs, a well-known hallmark of Mogensen's good design.

In very good condition with few signs of wear, there is a scratch on the top, see picture. This piece has an attribution mark,
