The Myra vase by WMF from the 1920s is an example of German glassmaking craftsmanship at its finest. Made of iridescent glass, the vase has a satin-silky surface and a form that oscillates between organic softness and subtle geometrization. The upward-opening bowl flows smoothly into a slender neck and rests on a massive, faceted base with a slightly convex profile. The color scheme presents transitions from pale, pastel gold and yellow through greenish and bluish reflections to pink and lavender tones in the lower parts. The whole piece is free of visible seams, and the surface of the glass is smooth, with a delicate misty glow and characteristic radiant facets on the base that reflect light. The vase is in very good condition – it shows no signs of damage or repair, and its original shine and glass structure are fully preserved. The form and color of the vase evoke the late Art Nouveau era, when craftsmanship met the subtle poetics of light. This glass vessel tells the story of European aesthetics in the 1920s, when soft lines were inspired by nature and the play of iridescent shades reflected the optimistic mood of a reborn culture. The satin surface resembles a light mist on a morning lake, and the pastel reflections change smoothly throughout the day – as if the vase wanted to capture the fleetingness of the moment and at the same time emphasize the craftsmanship of its creators. In the living room, the vase can be a standalone accent on a marble console table, where iridescent abrasions will bring out the entire palette of rainbow shades. It is worth combining it with geometric mirrors or walnut furniture to emphasize its organic shape, as well as with simple porcelain in pastel colors. Collector's interiors in the Art Deco or eclectic spirit, combining gold and pearl accents, will allow the complexity of colors to be fully presented. It will also work well in minimalist arrangements as an expressive focal point. Dimensions: height 14 cm, spout diameter 12 cm, base diameter 6 cm. The glass is easy to clean with a soft, damp cloth; avoid harsh detergents and rough sponges to fully preserve the iridescent surface's shine. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
