in our online research, we found that this is a collection of glass pieces that have never been offered for sale. They are samples made in czechoslovakia in the 1980s for the barovier & toso glassworks. They were offered at the maison bibelot auction with very low starting prices, designed to attract as many collectors as possible, considering that the auction was held in czechoslovakia. For this reason, they were all sold. Unfortunately, we cannot know the final result, only the starting price. The aforementioned timed auction is titled "colors and shapes. A barovier&toso collection," taking place from march 19 to 26, 2024, and described by the expert as follows: "a collection of unpublished barovier&toso glass, never before presented to collectors. A sample made in czechoslovakia in the 1980s under the barovier&toso b.a.g. Brand and never put into production. Classic shapes inspired by the antique but with vibrant colors in a modernist style.
