Two drawer case on ring-turned and foliate carved spiral front legs and ring-turned back legs.
Stenciled on side and inside of top drawer: "Geo. W. Miller, Cabinetmaker 59 Division St. N.Y."

From Christie's: "George W. Miller was active as a cabinetmaker listed in New York directories from 1821-1831. He is known to have been in his workshop at 59 Division Street from 1825-1827."
