Known for its timeless appeal and rich history, it offers various finishes, from rustic and undulating to smooth and matte, and is a significant part of Belgian heritage. It is mined exclusively in Belgium, particularly around Soignies, from ancient marine seabed deposits. It's a hard, dense stone, suitable for high-traffic areas and exterior use.
