The piece is veneered in richly patterned walnut over a solid wooden structure, complemented by nickeled metal details. An opaline glass globe shade provides soft, atmospheric illumination, while the stepped shelving adds both visual rhythm and practical storage or display space. The architectural form and balanced proportions are characteristic of high-quality central european art deco design. The lamp has been carefully refurbished, retaining its original aesthetic while benefiting from new electrical wiring. It accommodates one e27 bulb, is compatible with us e26 bulbs, and a us plug adapter is available. Minor signs of wear remain, enhancing its authentic vintage character.
