The chairs retain their original frames, featuring tapered fluted legs and carved rosette corner blocks. The set has undergone a full professional restoration, including structural reinforcement of all frames, careful polishing of the walnut, and complete rebuilding of the seats and backs. The backs are fitted with new hand-woven cane, finished with matching welt band trim and spaced antique brass nailhead detailing. Seats are newly upholstered in olive green performance velvet with tailored piping trim. Overall condition is excellent, with restoration executed in a manner consistent with the period and supportive of long-term use.
