Design and Shape: The vase features a perfectly spherical shape (a globe or "orb"), an iconic silhouette of the Space Age style, which favored curved and futuristic forms. The top opening is small and circular, designed to accommodate single flowers or decorative dried branches.

Glaze and Finish: The surface is characterized by a highly refined artistic glaze, known as "Tortoiseshell" or "Maculate." Beige and rust shades intertwine on a dark brown and ochre base, creating a visual effect similar to natural stone or tortoiseshell.
