Lou Hodges for Mersman Waldron Oak Glass Console Table, 1970s
Offered for sale is an oak and beveled smoked glass console table by Lou Hodges for Mersman Waldron. Hodges is know for his California Modern style. The table is versatile as in can be used behind a sofa or in a hallway for storage. It shows light wear consistent with age. There are minor scuffs to the finish as shown on one end. The point of the inset smoked beveled glass top has chipped off as shown but not really noticeable due to being inset in the frame
The piece is marked with the standard numbering for all Lou Hodges furniture on the underside the frame as shown.. The table is original and easily documented as Hodges Merman online.
