A stunning piece of history. Pictures don't even do it justice.
Authentic Mid-Century Danish Modern teak desk designed by Peter Løvig Nielsen, featuring the maker’s mark confirming origin. This is a beautifully proportioned, highly functional desk that exemplifies Danish modern craftsmanship—clean lines, thoughtful storage, and warm teak grain throughout.
Add in the unique functionality of flipping the top compartments down for a fully flat surface and it just puts this desk in another league. I doubt you will see much else like it!
The desk features a long, floating upper storage shelf with divided compartments for papers and books, paired with a generous work surface and multiple drawers with sculpted circular pulls. The design balances visual lightness with excellent usability, making it ideal as a home office desk, studio workspace, or statement piece in a design-forward interior.
