A large German porcelain statue / sculpture in the form of two horses designed by Hugo Meisel (1887-1966) for Rosenthal. It is impressed "Meisel" on the bottom under the anniversary gift label.
Age - 20th Century
Approximate Size - 15 + 3/4 inches tall by 18 inches tail to tail with the base measuring 13 + 1/2 inches by 8 + 1/4 inches
Condition - Age appropriate, it appears to have a factory imperfection where the glaze missed on the backside of the rear hoof of the taller horse (not visible when displayed), see photos for complete assessment. Please ask if additional photos are necessary.
