In the late 50s and early 60s the Benton Card Company printed outstanding (and now collectable) lo-budget 14"×22" two and three-color posters for movie theaters along with Country & Western, R&B and Gospel concerts. Their use of heavy card stock in these posters is unmistakable. The artist contacting them more than 15 years ago and they still had vintage blank 14" x 22" tri-color stock available. The "Benton Card Company Suite" was the main series of 6 images the artist produced with them. It was first shown in 2019 at the David Richards Gallery in NYC.
