Accompanying Sowa & Reiser certificate from Aalen, Germany, the image is created with a traditional intaglio etching technique: the design is etched into a metal plate, inked, hand-printed onto wet handmade paper, then finished with hand-applied watercolors for subtle texture and color variation. Each impression from this edition of 500 is hand-numbered, checked for print quality and coloration, and issued as an original work on paper.
