A stunning pair of antique Royal Doulton Slater’s Patent vases, dating to around 1900, featuring the distinctive textured and gilded decoration associated with this iconic series. Both vases are hand-decorated and marked with artist initials BN, confirming the decorator as Bessie Newbery, one of Doulton’s most respected late 19th–early 20th century artists.
These tall, elegant vases display beautiful relief floral motifs in soft olive, turquoise, and cream tones over a finely textured ground. The long necks are completed with deep, glossy brown glaze and stylised blue lotus motifs. This piece has an attribution mark,
