This is a Absolutely Beautiful & Very Fine Quality Pair of Antique King George III Period English Sterling Silver Grape Shears. They are Rendered in 2 Color - Mixed Metal Gold Wash ( Gilt ) & Silver Finish. They are Completely Hand Made - Hand Chased, Boldly Chiseled & Highly Detailed Grapevine & Cluster Style. They have an Assortment of London England Documented Hallmarks that Include the TP ER JP Maker Mark of Thomas Phipps, Edward Robinson & James Phipps ( Registered 1811 - 1815 ), The Lion Passant Sterling Silver Mark, a "U" 1815 Date Letter and the Profile Head of King George III. They are in Very Nice Cosmetic and Usable Condition - Display Beautifully. Some Light Wear to the Gold at Blades. They have a Substantial Solid Sterling Silver Weight of 82.75 Grams - 2.660 Troy Ounces.
