CONDITION | OPEN BOX — PRISTINE

This sectional arrived to us appearing unused in a home environment and is best classified as open box. There are no signs of household wear, traffic, or use.

Most components were manufactured between late 2023 and mid-2024 and have been in our custody and in storage for approximately one year. All pieces have been inspected, lightly cleaned, and are ready for immediate placement.

Upholstery is clean and even in tone, cushions retain full loft, and all components are present.
