Y2K era art glass cocktail drinkware with a twist! The base of this piece orbits a glass sphere creating a natural tilt when set atop a surface, and also may result in some fun (yet challenging) rolling movement. Tipsy! Beautifully colored primarily in yellow, blue, amber, and a rainbow confetti at the base.
