Measures: 5'2" x 10'8"
Khotan rugs were produced in Eastern Turkestan. Khotan produced fine rugs in the 18th and 19th centuries. Catering to a wide variety of tastes Khotan rugs have Chinese and Western Oriental elements in their design. The palette of colors range from the more soft, muted to more bold and rich. Many have stronger and more geometric patterns or drawings. The pomegranate patterns are the most desirable of patterns among interior decorators and architects around the world.
