The shaped vert de mer marble top is above two frieze drawers with three panelled doors below, with serpentine shaped sides. All decorated with beautifully carved floral and foliate swags with a central cherub on a criss-cross ground. It stands on ormolu tapering spiral cone feet and includes its original working locks and keys. The carcass stamped g.g and g. Grimard.
