The carafe is very high quality and has a simple, transparent design. It is made of crystal glass with 800 silver fittings. Inside the carafe is a glass cylinder that is filled with ice, which cools the drink without diluting it.

- The carafe was made in Italy in the 1960s by a glassworks located near Florence.

- The silver fittings are marked with 800 for the silver content,

- a star, the number 398, and the letters FI for Florence.

- The carafe and the silver fittings are in very good condition. There is a minimal, production-related stress crack at the melted point of the handle (barely visible). See less
