Typically used for port, the "Prussian form" decanters feature 3 applied neck rings(for better grip); a sliced cut fan pattern around the shoulders and base, and a star-cut mushroom stopper. The stoppers were hand ground to provide a tight fit, in order to keep the contents sealed and airtight. Since each decanter is hand-blown and hand-cut, there are slight differences between the two and one is larger than the other. Approximately 10"H x 3.75"D at base and 4.5"D at widest point. See less
