Stunning Anton Lorenz for Thonet Cantilevered Armchair in white. This is the Perfect opportunity to purchase just one as an accent chair!
Anton Lorenz (1891–1966) was a design pioneer and frequent collaborator of Marcel Breuer. He, along with Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and Mart Stam, co-invented the cantilevered chair. This early edition Bauhaus Model SS33 armchair by Lorenz for Thonet, made in 1930, is a rare and original piece, crafted from tubular chrome-plated steel. It is not a later reproduction and offers both comfort and historical significance. Features curved backrests and seats with polished chrome tubular frames.
