Featured is the city of Chicago, skyscraper view from the river / Lake Michigan, with tug boat in the front and seagull in flight. Painted in United States. Colors are vivid and vibrant, interesting mix of shades of light blue and green, with added brown shaded buildings. Superb quality painting, executed on artist board, contained in a matching shade blue / green frame. washed gilt (subdued gold) frame and narrow matted. Painting is signed in lower right "Sheridan" preceded with initials, and dated "10.(19)76." please see photos. Overall in good condition, shows light age / use wear, artificially aged frame (please see photos). Size is a great to fit anywhere at 27.5" x 17.25" overall in the frame, while the art portion is 25.5" x 15.5". This is a gorgeous work of art, that will enhance any great traditional or mid-century modern setting ! See less
