We added minimalist smooth cylinder legs in contrast to this exquisite three inch top. Full dimensions; 119” long, the width varies from 13” to 8” wide x 15" high. This bench was handmade in the spirit of Wabi-Sabi, a Japanese philosophy that beauty can be found in imperfection and impermanence. It is a beauty of things modest and humble. A beauty of things unconventional. It is the opposite of vulgarity. The costs of achieving this kind of minimalism are seemingly inconsistent with its mission of aesthetic humility.
