A gorgeous Neoclassical Grand Tour framed oil on board painting of an Italian Capriccio landscape view of a ruined temple on the sea shore and a boat on water.
Attributed to Francesco Guardi (1712-1793), an Italian artist who is considered one of the last practitioners of the classic Venetian school of painting. Apparently unsigned.
